Female’s Eye – Return & Refund Policy
Overview
At Female’s Eye, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days from delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Item must be in the original condition with all tags/labels attached.
- Item must be returned in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards & vouchers
- Intimate wear (e.g., lingerie, undergarments) for hygiene reasons
- Accessories (earrings, cosmetics, etc.) once opened or used
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email/SMS. If approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method (for online payments) or via store credit (for Cash on Delivery orders).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size.
To request an exchange, contact us at [your email / WhatsApp number] before sending the product back.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, you will receive store credit for the value of your return.
